It can Wait

It becomes a habit and you push it away It’s easy I’ll be careful it’s all okay Driving becomes the thing you’ve done for years You start to lose thought of how your decisions will soon cause tears That quick second you look down is your first mistake The sudden consequences will be so hard to take Your eyes have left the road and you’re now in danger Just that one instant could end the life of a stranger You think it won’t happen and that you’re in control But think of that time when it was a life you stole Texting while driving even taking the call One click of a button can end it all
