i’m on my way to the biggest day for which i’ve come this far the future is new these minutes so few just driving in my car traffic’s awful today and it’s so far away i simply cannot wait i don’t know how or what comes now oh god i’m gonna be late increase my speed un- til i exceed the limit on that sign i feel it slip that tenuous grip on the world that i designed i hear a screech so back i reach and quickly grab my phone as i look down i glance around but how could i have known it’s kind of a blur i see a message from her “are you ready for today” i type out a text not knowing what’s next “yes i’m on my w
